Join the St Mary’s Electoral Roll

Have Your Say in the Life of Our Church

The Electoral Roll is the official list of church members who are entitled to vote in church elections, such as those for the Parochial Church Council (PCC), and to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM).

To join the roll, you must:

• Be aged 16 or over
• Live in the parish of Old Basing and Lychpitor be a regular worshipper at St Mary’s

Joining the Electoral Roll is a great way to show your commitment to the life of our church and to take part in decisions that shape our future.

The roll is revised every year, and completely renewed every six years—at which point everyone must reapply to stay on it. This helps keep our records current and accurate.
